
Panel meeting in Kaluga
Roszdravnadzor Head Mikhail Murashko attends a panel meeting of the Kaluga Region Ministry of Health and inspects regional healthcare institutions.
The Head of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare has attended a panel meeting of the Ministry of Health of the Kaluga Region. Mikhail Murashko used this occasion to give a number of recommendations on development of this industry in the region. In particular, he noted considerable organizational reserves available in the Kaluga Region. He said that the regional healthcare system has an excellent material and technical foundation and a talent pool, though it needs standardization and a more efficient use of up-to-date equipment and technologies.
“Algorithms must be employed everywhere, and each employee must be aware of the tasks and priorities of his work position”, stated Roszdravnadzor Head. “In order to raise the quality of assistance provided to the public in the region it is essential to upgrade considerably the information support level in healthcare and to build a resource management system. It is necessary to ensure that the region’s intellectual potential and material and technical foundation are fully utilized in the provision of public healthcare”.
Roszdravnadzor delegation led by the Service Head has also inspected the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Kaluga Region Kaluga Regional Clinical Hospital (including its Perinatal Center), the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Kaluga Region Kaluga Regional Clinical Oncologic Dispensary, the State Autonomous Healthcare Institution of the Kaluga Region Kaluga Regional Infectious Disease and AIDS Center, the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Kaluga Region Kaluga Regional Emergency Medical Care Clinical Hospital named after K.N. Shevchenko, the polyclinic of the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution of the Kaluga Region Children’s Municipal Hospital”.
