On May 23, 2017, Head of Roszdravnadzor Mikhail Murashko visited Geneva as a member of the Russian delegation taking part in the meeting of the International coalition of regulatory agencies for medicines (ICMRA) “The Role of Regulators in Global Public Health Emergencies” held within the framework of the World Health Assembly.
Roszdravnadzor note: on the first day of WHA plenary session, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Veronika Skvortsova was elected President of the WHA. It is noted that the decision on Professor Skvortsova’s nomination was attributed to her public eminence and great contribution to national and international healthcare and Russia’s leading role in many healthcare sectors in Europe and internationally.
